Full Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau) National Acquisitions Branch intends to award a sole source procurement under Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Visual Click Software (PO Box 161657 Austin, TX 78716), for annual maintenance support for Visual Click Software product groups for the Bureau of Prisons, Office of Information Systems. The period of performance for the annual maintenance will be October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018. The NAICS Code is 511210. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. Any firms who believe they can meet the requirements may provide written notification to the contracting officer by 12:00 am Eastern Time, September 28, 2017. Supporting evidence must be furnish in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to supply maintenance services that will meet the requirement in a satisfactory manner and show competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses received will be evaluated. However, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Interested firms must provide a Capability Statement with the following information: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Email Address, and Telephone. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the sole source procurement to Visual Clock Software. Responses may be e-mailed to k1cannon@bop.gov by the deadline stated above. All vendors are hereby notified that if your response is not received by the date and time specified in this notice, it will not be considered.
