The 30th Contracting Squadron, Vandenberg AFB, CA intends to award a sole source procurement to Systems Atlanta, Inc.to furnish the following proprietary software and services: 1 EA. IDS5 Workstation/Server Software Lic. Ver. 1.2 #I5-SFW-0120 1 EA. IDS5 Data Exchange Interface License #I5-I/F-0210 1 Day Senior Engineering Services for design, site survey etc. 1.5 Days On-site Engineering Services 1 Year Software Warranty 2 Years Software Support (including software upgrade to version 1.4) 4 Days IDS5 System Administration Training Course Travel Expenses The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 511210 with a business size standard of $23M. The proposed contract is for items for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the Authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 3 business days (NLT 16 May 08 5:00 PM PDT) after date of publication of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
