Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source This is a notification that Naval Special Warfare (NSW) intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed price contract to Cinemassive Displays LLC. NSW requires the removal and relocation of audio visual equipment from one room to another room and reinstalled. All controls and functions must operate as previously installed. Cinemassive Display installed and programmed the entire system that this AV equipment is used for. Cinemassive Display is the only source that can provide this relocation service due to proprietary coding and interfaces within this equipment. The service will be acquired in accordance with FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332312. The size standard is 500 employees. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS The contractor identified is the only known source for the subject requirement. Responses to this notification will be used to determine if competition exists. Any such responses must be in writing and include technical capability information, which shall demonstrate the contractor's ability to complete this effort. The Government will not pay for information submitted. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement action, based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responses must be received no later than 12:00 PM EST, September 30, 2016. Verification of receipt of electronic transmission is the sole responsibility of the contractor. If no valid responses are received, an award shall be made to Cinemassive Display, Inc.
