The Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA) intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation for the acquisition of three MLST3 Standard Systems and three Interface Sync Serial (SATCOM/JREAP-A) units. The contract number for this procurement is M68909-20-P-7801, and the place of performance is Camp Pendleton, California. The notice invites responses demonstrating that competitive procurement would be beneficial, not cost or time prohibitive, and would not impede the Marine Corps' mission objectives, though the government reserves sole discretion on whether to seek competition. This communication is not a solicitation for quotes or proposals, and respondents should direct any questions or comments to the designated Contracting Specialist, Kate Wimmer, via email. The government will not cover any costs incurred in responding to this notice.
