Full Description
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. This is a Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Contract. The United States Coast Guard Surface Force Logistics Center (USCG-SFLC), Norfolk, VA intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Sole Source contract to Alfa Laval Inc under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 6.302-1, 6.303-2 and 6.304. This special notice of intent to award is posted to www.betasam in accordance with FAR Part 5.002. Purchase order terms and conditions will be IAW FAR 2.212-4 and the applicable clauses of FAR 52.212-4. Documentation from the OEM establishing their sole-source status supports determination that only one source is reasonably available. Alfa Laval Inc is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). All information received in response to this Notice of Intent marked "Proprietary" will be protected and handled accordingly.

Companies that believe they can meet this requirement are invited to submit a written Capability Statement. Your response should provide clear and convincing evidence of your ability to provide an equivalent product. Please provide the following details in your submission:
