Notice of Intent to Award Sole-Source. Technical support of the ATC Spectrum Monitoring System. PANAPG21P0000020681 This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The ACC-APG Tenant Contracting Division, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. Intends to award a Firm Fixed Price sole source contract to CRFS, Inc,. Cage Code: 6RN69. US Army Aberdeen Test Center, requires 12 months technical support of the ATC Spectrum Monitoring System software and firmware. This is a follow-on contract, CRFS Inc., is currently the sole provider of the technical support, for the software and firmware that is used by the ATC spectrum monitoring system. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 511210. Posting date of this requirement is 16 August, 2021. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time, 31 August, 2021. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. This is not a Request for Quote.
