The contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price order using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. The government will evaluate the combined total price of all line items, including all shipping and customs costs, and will apply a price preference for HUBZone small business concerns. Quotations must be submitted as three firm-fixed-price CLINs and include a completed Past Performance Questionnaire and proof of active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM).
