The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Vantage Associates Inc. The requirement is for the purchase of the following: ITEM 0001: 0211428-1 REV K (FSS RADOME, PORT) Manufacturer: Vantage Associates, Inc. QTY: 4 ITEM 0002: 0211465-1 REV A (FSS RADOME, STARBOARD) Manufacturer: Vantage Associates, Inc. QTY: 4 ITEM 0003: 0212699-1 REV G (COVER PANEL, RIGHT) Manufacturer: Vantage Associates, Inc. QTY: 8 ITEM 0004: 0212700-1 REV G (COVER PANEL, LEFT) Manufacturer: Vantage Associates, Inc. QTY: 8 ITEM 0005: UID LABEL Manufacturer: Vantage Associates, Inc. QTY: 4 ITEM 0006: Shipping QTY: 4 The above supplies are radomes and cover panels are the outermost layer of the antenna surface used to construct antennas to be installed on a shipboard application. No other vendor produces the exact radomes and cover panels that meet all of the Governments minimum requirements. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government.
