“ Notice of Intent to Award Contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement ” --------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------- Notice of Intent to Award Contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement- ( Sourcewell #080922SAF ) The City of Elizabeth intends to participate in the ( Sourcewell ) contract for Saf eware, Inc ., ( Public Safety Catalog Solutions ) , for the p urchase of AST Vehicle Barriers under their contract # 080922SAF . Information regarding the contract may be found at the (City of Elizabeth, Purchasing Department, 50 Winfield Scott Plaza, Elizabeth, NJ) during regular business hours 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, as well as on the ( Sourcewell ) website at: ( Sourcewell-MN.gov ). The City of Elizabeth is a member of the Sourcewell national co-op . The ( Sourcewell ) contract term is ( 10/11/22 – 10/7/ 2027 ) It is the intent o f the City of Elizabeth to make a contract award to ( Safeware, Inc. ) pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the ( Sourcewell national co-op ) (Competitive Request for Bid).
