In accordance with 37 CFR 404.7(a)(1), the Department of the Army hereby gives notice of its intent to grant a partially exclusive, royalty-bearing patent license to Vitruvian, LLC, USA, a limited liability corporation having a principal place of business in Athens, OH.  The proposed license is a revocable, royalty bearing, partially exclusive license to practice and sell the inventions described and claimed in U.S. Patent No. 10,612,233, entitled Modular Assembly Shelter (MASh) Kit, filed January 3, 2019.


Anyone wishing to object to the grant of this license must file written objections along with supporting evidence, if any, not later than 15 days following the publication of this announcement.
