NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE MODIFICATION TO CONTRACT W911W5-04-F-0233. The National Ground Intelligence Center, Charlottesville, VA. intends to issue a sole source modification to CACI Technologies, Inc., The proposed acquisition is fo r services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) FAR 6.302-1. This action is for a 6 month extension of services to sustain and enhance the Harmony M ultimedia capabilities in support of the U.S. Army, Delivery to 2055 Boulders Road, Charlottesville, VA 22911-8318. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Prior to the end of the six month extension, there will be a full and open competitive procur ement. A sources sought notice will be the most likely means of acquiring information for a current market survey. No product substitutions/equivalent products will be accepted. All capability statements received within 2 days of publication of this sy nopsis will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
