Notice of Intent to Issue Sole Source purchase order in accordance with FAR 12 and Part 13 to InVeris Training Solutions, Inc.

NAVUSP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) intends to award a sole source procurement in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Part 13 to InVeris Training Solutions, Inc., 296 Brogdon Road Suwanee, GA 30024. The proposed contract action is to provide a quantity of three (3) Firearms Training Systems (FATS) Shooting Simulator - see below for Part No. and description. This requirement is for Commander, Naval Surface Forces Pacific (CNSP) in support of OPNAV and Combatant Commander Force Protection Missions located in San Diego, California. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(d)(1)(i). THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The NAICS code is 333310 and the applicable business size is 1,000 Employees. Interested parties may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement via e-mail. Requests must include company name, address, POC name, telephone number, CAGE Code, DUNS number, NAICS code, applicable business size, and Tax ID number. Submissions are due by Tuesday, 13 December 2022, 12:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time, via email. The solicitation document can be obtained via email request. The Government will consider all capability statements, proposals, or quotations received by the closing response date. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
