Full Description
The U.S. Government intends to award a superseding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration in Mobile, Alabama at Brookley Field Mobile (BFM).
The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 2,739.00 ANSI/BOMA office area and seven (7) adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
