The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest for a five-year lease of 11,878 square feet of office space in Lynchburg, Virginia, with no parking provided. The space must comply with federal standards for fire safety, accessibility, seismic integrity, and sustainability, and must not be located in a 1-percent-annual chance floodplain. A fully serviced lease is required, including a tenant improvement allowance of $52.48 per ABOA square foot and a building standard allowance of $12.00 per ABOA square foot. The rental rate must be quoted as a full-service rate inclusive of all operating costs, and proposers must specify the exact floors and square footage available. Only owners or authorized representatives may submit proposals, with third-party submissions requiring written consent from the property owner.
