The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open
competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in
Lewis Run, PA at Bradford Regional Airport.
The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 324 ANSI/BOMA
office area. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
