Full Description

Period of performance dates corrected to read: 6 months (1 July - 31 December 2016) with a 6 month optional period. ************************************************************************ DoDEA-Pacific Procurement Division intends to award a modification to contract number HE1260-11-D-5000 on a sole source basis under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition at 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(2) for routine and preventative facilities maintenance for DoDEA Guam District schools and facilities. The contract modification will extend the period of performance for 6 months (1 July - 31 December 2016) with a 6 month optional period. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interests of the Government.
