AI Contract Overview
The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Shiprock Service Unit, plans to restrict competition and negotiate a sole-source contract with BioMérieux Inc for preventative maintenance services on their proprietary analyzers. This notice serves as an intent to restrict competition rather than a solicitation, and interested vendors may submit capability statements by the specified deadline to be considered for potential competition. The government will review responses at its discretion to decide whether to proceed with single-source negotiation or open competition. Communications regarding this contract opportunity are directed to William Lee, Contract Specialist, with submissions due by June 18, 2026. The place of performance is Shiprock, New Mexico, and the contracting activity is under the Department of Health and Human Services.
