AI Contract Overview
The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Shiprock Service Unit plans to award a sole-source contract to Zoll Medical Corporation for preventative maintenance services on defibrillators at Northern Navajo Medical Center in Shiprock, New Mexico, and Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center in Bloomfield, New Mexico. This notice is not a solicitation, but an opportunity for other vendors to submit capability statements before the deadline of June 22, 2026, to potentially challenge the single-source determination. All submissions must be sent via email to William Lee, the Contract Specialist, and verbal responses will not be accepted. The government retains full discretion to either proceed with the sole-source award or reopen competition based on any responses received.
