AI Contract Overview
The Navajo Area Indian Health Service plans to award a non-competitive, firm-fixed-price contract to Steris Corporation for preventative maintenance services on specialized medical equipment, including Steris Autoclaves, Washers, Endoscope Disinfectors, and Endodry Cabinets, as required by the Biomedical Engineering Department at the Crownpoint Healthcare Facility in New Mexico. While this notice does not constitute a solicitation, other potential sources may submit capability statements by June 9, 2026, for consideration; however, the Government retains full discretion over whether to proceed with a competitive procurement. Responses will only be reviewed to determine if competition is feasible, and no solicitation will be issued as part of this process. The primary point of contact for this action is Arlynda Largo, Purchasing Agent. The contract aligns with the NAICS code 811210 and is managed by the Department of Health and Human Services, based out of Window Rock, Arizona, with the place of performance in Crownpoint, New Mexico.
