This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source for commercial service prepared in accordance with part 12; competition is restricted in accordance with 41 USC 1901. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. This acquisition is set-aside for small business (NAICS: 712120). The government intends to solicit a quotation on a sole-source basis from Far Western Anthropological Research Group, Inc. due to reports already completed by this organization, thereby saving the government duplicative costs.
