The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration intends to award a sole source delivery order to Government Scientific Source to purchase a Headspace Autosampler. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and be received by the archive date of this notice effective 08/12/2020 @ 10:00 am EST. The proposed delivery order is for a product for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Government Scientific Source. In accordance with Competition in Contracting Act, 41 USC 253(c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, other than full and open competition is authorized when there is only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements.
