AI Contract Overview
The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to CPI Satcom & Antenna Technologies Inc. for the procurement and installation of one Model 990 Antenna Control System. This is a sole source requirement based on the need for the new system to be fully compatible with the existing mechanical, electrical, and network architecture of the AN/FSC-78 Antenna System currently in use at the facility. Although this is a notice of intent to sole source, the government is allowing interested companies to submit capability statements to demonstrate their ability to perform the requirements and provide an analysis of how they would remove the existing sole source barriers. Interested parties must provide comprehensive business details, including their Cage Code, UEID number, and a brief capabilities package, to the designated contract specialist by the specified deadline.
