The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific), hereby provides notice of its intent to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Instruments, Inc. (CAGE 34563) for the procurement of the following item: Qty. 5 ? Instruments, Inc. P/N 6703006-1 Single-Phase Auto Transformers. This notice is not a request for quotations or proposals. The Government reserves the right to determine, based on responses received, whether this requirement will be competed.
