The 22nd Contracting Squadron at McConnell Air Force Base, Kansas, intends to award a firm fixed price, sole-source contract to Bauer, Inc. for the procurement of a brand-name calibration kit, part number BS3345-0. This acquisition is designated as a total small business set-aside under NAICS 334515 and is justified under 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, as Bauer, Inc. is identified as the only responsible source capable of providing the equipment necessary to support the 22nd Air Refueling Wing's torque systems for the KC-135/46 mission.
