THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE. Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Sill, Oklahoma intends to award a sole source contract to Rogers Electronics, Inc. 2320 N Park LN, Altus, OK, 73521, for additions to existing Digital Watch Dog CCTV security and alarm systems to include hardware, software, and required licensing agreements and five year equipment warranty, to ensure compatibility and prevent voiding existing warranties. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(i) under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334220, Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing, and the size standard is 1,250. Delivery date for the installed equipment is expected to be No later than 30 June 2018. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation for offers and is posted for seven (7) calendar days. No solicitation package will be available. However, any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government and must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirements listed. If no affirmative written response is received by 23 April 2018, the contract will be issued without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this contract is based on this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government.
