Full Description

Subject to the availibility of funds (FAR 52.232-18), the 188th Wing, Arkansas Air National Guard, Fort Smith, Arkansas, intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price, sole source contract to Tacmed Simulaiton, Inc., 1250 Harris Bridge Rd., Anderson, SC 29621-3409 under authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(2) and FAR 6.302-1: For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization, for a Clinical Response-Resuscitate Whole Body Simulatior (WBS-CR2). This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. No telephonic inquires will be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
