The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, hereby gives notice of their intent to award a contract to University of Chicago, 6030 South Ellis Avenue, Chicago, IL 60637 on a sole source basis utilizing FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition, procedures in accordance with 41 USC 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement is for a renewal of the annual subscription to access the Center for Research in Security Prices (CRSP) for 1925 US Stock, and Indices Compustat Merged databases. The period of performance is 4/1/2020 through 3/31/2021 with two 12-month optional periods. This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider responses from all responsible sources received within seven (7) days after date of publication of this notice. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the services outlined in this notice. Any responses received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in lieu of the sole source described in this notice, and such determination shall be made at the sole discretion of the OCC.
