The Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA), Camp Pendleton, CA, intends to issue a sole-source contract for the following specialized high performance laptops that are only available from Origin PC Corporation: Laptop System - MFR Part #EON15-X 10-Series - Qty 20 ea. Please refer to the attached sole source justification for more information. Based on market research, the Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Priced contract to Origin PC Corporation. This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotations or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. However, all quotes received will be considered by the Government. All interested sources must respond in writing with clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to provide high performance laptops compatible with the Orgin platform image currently in use by the MCTSSA Lab. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no affirmative written response is received within three (3) days after publication of this notice, a sole-source contract to Origin PC Corporation will be issued.
