Notice of Intent to Sole Source for Delivery of Carbonated and non-carbonated Beverages Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Gordon, GA intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract with Pepsi-Cola Metropolitan Bottling Company, Inc., 501 Bobby Jones expressway, Martinez, GA 30909-1828. The requirement is for delivery of Carbonate/non-carbonated Drinks for the Dwight D Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon GA. Period of Performance is September 2020 through August 2021. The NAICS code is 312111. The authority for this non-competitive award is 10 USC 2304(c) (1), Only One Responsible Source. The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR part 13 and Commercial procedures in FAR part 12. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written responses are received by 12:00 pm on 08 September 2020, an award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
