Full Description

Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic intends to award a sole-source contract to DTECH Labs, 22876 Shaw Drive, Sterling, Virginia, 20166 to procure testing and evaluation of Wi-Fi routers, standard routers, switches, and servers. The components are currently fielded and are standardized throughout SATCOM systems. DTECH Labs is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the equipment being procured and holds all proprietary rights to the equipment. The authority for soliciting from a single source is FAR 13.106(b)(1). The Government anticipates the award of a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order. The proposed contract action is for supplies and incidental services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with a single source under authority of FAR 13.106-2. Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
