Arkansas Air National Guard, 189 Mission Support Contracting, Little Rock AFB, intends to issue a firm-fixed price sole‐source award to Advantor for Duress Buttons in the amount of $17,700.67
The authority for this sole source is Federal Acquisition Regulation subpart 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Soliciting from a Single Source, which states, “For purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.”
This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation subpart 5.101(a) requiring the dissemination of information on proposed contract actions.
