The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Shiprock Service Unit, Four Corners Regional Health Center intends to restrict competition and negotiate an award with Navajo Sanitation (KK68HKZXBL68) for the procurement of services of Solid Waste Disposal at Four Corners Regional Health Center facility and Government housing in Red Mesa, Arizona. All necessary personnel and equipment to perform these services will be provided by the vendor. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 562111 – Solid Waste Collection, with a Small Business size standard of $47.0M.


The contract will have a Base Period. The anticipated period of performance will be September 17, 2026, to September16, 2027. In accordance with 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), the contracting officer has determined that there is only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.


This Notice of Intent to Restrict Competition is not a request for quotations, and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with this Notice of Intent.
