The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to award a contract modification to increase the ceiling to ITStrategy, Inc. 6637 29th St N, Arlington, VA 22213-1506. The contract modification will increase the contract ceiling on Time & Materials contract # DTFAWA13A-0003/0001. The authority supporting the contract modification is FAA's Acquisition Management (AMS) 3.2.2.4 entitled, - Source Selection. The current contractor, ITStrategy Inc. is providing services for one (1) or more of the seven (7) teams within FAA's Communications, Information and Network Programs (CINP) through a contract with a 2 year base and five (5) one-year options. The CINP Acquisition Management Services (CAMS) contract was issued on May 1, 2015 for $23,711,578.00 with a two (2) year base and five (5) one-year (1) option. The Period of Performance for Option Year five (5) ends on April 30, 2022. The ceiling increase in the amount of $3,283,132.00 is needed to provide the additional time of eight (8) months to complete performance of Option Year five (5) due to unforeseen delays and the increased need for CAMS services. Premature loss of CAMS services would result in significant disruption to a number of critical CINP programs. The ceiling increase will also allow time for the current CAMS incumbent to transition to a successor vendor under the upcoming PACTS solicitation.
