This is the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) Notice of Intent to sole source the purchase and installation of one (1) HI-SCAN 5030C Mobile US Standard X-Ray System w/ 1 year license iCMORE and hardware.
The CSOSA intends to solicit and award a Purchase Order, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Only one source is reasonably available, and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency’s requirements. The agency will solicit the equipment and license from Smiths Detection, 2202 Lakeside Blvd, Edgewood, MD 21040. The contractor will install the equipment in one of the CSOSA offices located in Washington, D.C. The anticipated period of performance is 13 months from the date of award. The agency anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price Purchase Order.
This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only.
