Notice of Intent to Sole Source, IAW FAR 6.302-1 (10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1)), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements; whereby the Navy's nationwide wireless service contracts (Spiral 3) is a mandatory source for device and cellular data packages, AFRC intends to award a task order to Verizon Wireless, 2 Verizon Place, Alpharetta, GA 30004, Contract #: N00244-18-D-0003. The agency does not intend to issue a solicitation package. However, all interested parties should self-identify and provide proof of their firm's capability to provide devices / service throughout Air Force Reserve Command, keeping in mind the Navy's nationwide wireless service contracts (Spiral 3) is a Mandatory Source for AFRC. All responsible sources may submit a proof of capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by AFRC. Interested parties are hereby informed that no award will be made on the basis of responses received. Responses must be electronically sent Mr. Jimmy Ezzell (jimmy.ezzell.1@us.af.mil) and Sidney Akins (Sidney.Akins.1@us.af.mil). If no favorable responses are received by the required response date annotated in this special notice, a contract will be negotiated with the above named source.
