Authority for this action is FAR 13.106-1(b). Only one responsible source has been identified with the capability to meet the required delivery schedule. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort electronically via email to Jenny Staggs at jenny.y.staggs@nasa.gov and Jamill Hayes at jamill.m.hayes@nasa.gov not later than 12:00pm PST on August 24th, 2022.
