Notice of intent to sole source for Rental and Cleaning of portable toilets and hand washing stations

The Wisconsin National Guard intends to award a sole source contract to Lil Willie's, Inc., 2041 Rifle River Trail, West Branch, MI 48661 for rental and cleaning of portable toilets and hand washing stations in the Camp Grayling, MI area. Lil Willie's is only company that offered the high volume of portable toilets and hand washing stations that could also meet the needs for movement on short notice. This sole source requirement meets the conditions of FAR 13.501(a)(2), only one responsible source has been identified as reasonably available to provide the supplies that will satisfy the agency requirements. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids, quotes, or proposals. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 562119. The Small Business size standard is $38.5 million. This will be a firm fixed price contract. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. To be considered interested parties must be registered on System for Award Management (SAM). Interested parties must have clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no responses are received by June 21st 10:00 AM CST, a sole source contract will be pursued with Lil Willie's, Inc.
