Notice of Intent to Sole Source DAC: D-25-TR-0195 May 30, 2025 Description of the Requirement: The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of Acquisition (FA) intends to award a firm-fixed-price Purchase Order (PO) sole source basis to Vista Outdoor Sales LLC doing business as The Kinetic Group Sales. Located at 1 Vista Way, Anoka, Minnesota 55303-6794. Unique Entity ID: ENR9ZAAGMWJ5. The requirement involves the procurement of Specialized Ammunition, which has been designated as the Official Service Round for the DEA. This specific ammunition has undergone rigorous testing at the DEA's ballistic research facility and has been approved by the DEA Firearms Training Unit (OTDF) as the standard ammunition for use by DEA personnel, in accordance with the DEA Agents Manual and Firearms and Tactical policy.
