Action:

This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to Matanuska Telecom Association Inc for comprehensive telecommunications services. This notice is prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.203 and is not a request for competitive proposals, and the Government will not consider them. The Government requires a contractor to provide a full suite of telecommunications and data services, including but not limited to:

-Voice Services
-Wireless Services
-Internet Services
-Television and Video Services
-Business Support

Contract Structure:

The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract with a period of performance consisting of an eight (8) month base period and four (4) twelve (12) month option periods, to be exercised at the Governments discretion.

Submission:

This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposal or quotation. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged.
