NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION (NOCA) The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Specialized Contracting Branch (PZIE), Eglin AFB, Florida has concluded their market research and intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source firm-fixed price (FFP) supply contract under FAR 13.501(a) to Acutronic USA, Inc. 700 Waterfront Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 75222-4742. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334511, size standard 750 employees This contract will be for the development, fabrication, installation, and integration of a five-axis flight motion simulator in accordance with the attached DRAFT Statement of Work and DRAFT Technical Specifications. Anticipated award date is the last quarter of fiscal year 2015. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Although the Government intends to solicit and award as a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal, which shall be considered by the Government if received no later than 6 Aug 2015 at 1:00 PM CDT.
