Notice Type: Notice of Intent to Sole Source Title: ISI Emerging Markets Group: CEICdata online subscription service Description: Enterprise Services-Office of Acquisition intends to award a sole source contract for the International Trade Administration (ITA) to ISI Emerging Markets Group, 12 E., 49th Street, New York 10017, for online database subscription services. The online subscription will provide comprehensive, accurate and timely data at the country and industry level for all economies, both major and non-market or emerging, that is published by the government authorities and primary sources of the respective countries. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 519130 - Internet Publishing and Broadcasting and Web Search Portals. It is Enterprise Services-Office of Acquisition intent that the proposed action will be awarded on a sole source Firm Fixed Price type Blanket Purchase Agreement with a five (5)-year ordering period to ISI Emerging Markets Group under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Sole Source Justification In accordance with FAR Parts 13.303 and 6.302-1, Only One Responsible, ISI Emerging Markets Group is the only organization who can provide the services needed. This is not a solicitation, nor is a solicitation available. However, all interested organizations may submit their capability statements and qualifications which will be considered by Enterprise Services. Responses must be in writing and must be submitted electronically to Danit Johnson, Contract Specialist at contact@example.gov by 12:00 PM EST on, March 1, 2021.No late responses will be accepted.
