Statutory Authority


This purchase is being conducted under the authority of FAR 12.  The FSIS has determined that Kub Technologies, Inc. is the only source reasonably available to satisfy this requirement because the X-ray imaging system from Kub Technologies uses proprietary GUI-based software specifically designed for analyzing agricultural crops.
