Notice of Intent to Sole Source Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Gordon, GA intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract with CrossPoint Technologies, Inc., 3 Foshay Road, Dudley, MA 01571. The requirement is for Matrix Switch Hardware, MS-5000, for the Cyber Battle Lab, CDID, FCC, AFC, Fort Gordon, GA 30905. The delivery date is 01-July-2020. The NAICS code is 334220. The authority for this non-competitive award is 10 USC 2304(c) (1), Only One Responsible Source. The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR part 13 and Commercial procedures in FAR part 12.
