1. Description of Intent

2. Requirement Overview

3. Submission of Capabilities
This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. A formal solicitation will not be issued. However, any firm that believes it can meet this requirement in its entirety may submit a capability statement.
Capability statements must demonstrate the firm's ability to provide the exact equipment (MEC-AZ-20 and ELE-ARC), integrate it with TYAD's existing near-field range infrastructure, and provide the perpetual CNF software licenses and precision calibration services required.
