Full Description
The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), Healthcare Contracting Division (HCD) – Northeast, on behalf of the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), Bethesda, MD, intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract to Philips North America LLC, 222 Jacobs ST, East Cambridge, Massachusetts 02141-2296. The anticipated award will be made under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1(a)(2), "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."
