W56ZTN-19-R-0011 NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE FOR MFLEET RUGGED COMPUTER BUNDLE This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
