Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Proof-Load Pre and Post NDI;

The 30th Contracting Squadron, Vandenberg AFB Ca intends to issue a sole-source procurement action to Specialty Crane & Rigging to provide services and equipment for Stress Testing of the Proof load NDI at Vandenberg AFB Ca. The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 541380 and the period of performance is 7 Feb - 20 Feb 2012. The proposed contract is for Services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the Authorty of FAR 13.106 which permits soliciting from a single source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonable available. A final determination not to award this proposed procurement based on responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this solicitation must show clear and concise information and should be advantageous to both the vendor and the Government.
