The USACE, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) intends to award a contract on a sole source basis under authority of (FAR 13.106-1) to Taylor & Francis Group, LLC, 6000 Broken Sound Pkwy NW, Boca Raton, FL 33487-2704 for the renewal of annual subscription to Taylor & Francis' journal publications. Taylor & Francis Group, LLC is the sole publisher and provider of the journals; and is the only company capable of fulfilling the requirement. The following multiple physical site electronic titles are required: Bioremediation Journal Human & Ecological Risk Assessment Hydrological Science Journal International Journal of Pavement Engineering International Journal of Remote Sensing International Journal of River Basin Management & Journal of Hydraulic Research Journal of Energetic Materials Polar Geography Small Wars & Insurgencies Waves in Random and Complex Media Weatherwise American Fisheries Society Library Strategic Defense and Security Studies Collections This requirement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 519130 with Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document will exist for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice shall submit technical data, including price and sufficient documentation to determine capability in providing the same or similar product. All statements received by the closing date of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
