Pursuant to (FAR) 13.106-1(b), The National Science Foundation (NSF) and the Directorate for Geosciences (GEO) and the Directorate for Biological Sciences (BIO) intend to negotiate a sole source purchase order with KnowInnovations, Inc. from March 1, 2022 - May 31, 2022. Climate Change Groups are envisioned as large-scale interdisciplinary/transdisciplinary research networks that are not constrained by disciplinary boundaries but have the flexibility to dynamically evolve in response to stakeholder needs and to pursue lines of research and inquiry that support the overarching goals of the Group. In this effort, supported Groups will engage key stakeholders with an emphasis on reaching impacted unrepresented minority communities and address the climate imperative through enabling local and regional empowerment to implement solutions. KnowInnovations, Inc. is the only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This synopsis is for informational purposes only.
