Full Description

The Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard (USCG) Director of Operational Logistics (DOL-94), proposes to enter into a sole source, twelve (12) month contract with 908 Devices, INC , for 908 Devices annual service warranty and support for MX908 Handheld Mass Spectrometers. The contract period of performance is 09/30/2023 - 09/29/2024. The contractor will provide all services per the SOW. This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with: Federal Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000. This sole source is pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) "Only One Responsible Source/a Limited Number of Responsible Sources and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. See the attached SAP Justification for details. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES/PROPOSALS AND NO SOLICIATION IS AVAILABLE. Telephone requests will not be honored. No award will be made on the basis of quotes or offers received in response to this notice.
